What do you need from me to start?
Access to bank/credit statements (or view-only), your POS/payment processor reports, and any prior bookkeeping files. We’ll send a simple onboarding checklist.
Do you file my taxes?
We provide clean books, HST/GST tracking, and year-end handoff. Full tax filing can be coordinated with your accountant or quoted if applicable.
What if my books are behind?
No problem — catch-up/cleanup is quoted separately based on months behind and volume. Then you move onto a monthly package.
How do payments work?
Monthly billing, paid upfront. Scope changes (extra volume, payroll headcount, AP/AR) are priced as add-ons so there are no surprises.
